Payment Terms
PHARMADEAL believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a flexible cancellation policy. The key points of this policy are as follows:
1. Cancellation Policy- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.
- However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- PHARMADEAL does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
- However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer can establish that the delivered product is of unsatisfactory quality.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, the issue must be reported to our Customer Service team.
- The request will be processed only after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue.
- Such complaints must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
- If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, customers must notify Customer Service within 30 days of delivery.
- After reviewing the complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision.
- For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to directly contact the manufacturer for resolution.
- If a refund is approved by PHARMADEAL, it will be processed within 16–30 days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment method.
